Refund and Return policy

Karuka e-store is committed to providing exquisite prodcuts and excellent customer service. Due to the unique and delicate nature of our handcrafted items, returns are subject to strict conditions. We urge customers to carefully consider their purchases as refunds are limited.

Returns: Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances and within 15 days of the original purchase date:
  • Significant Damage During Shipping: If your item arrives with substantial damage clearly attributable to shipping, please contact customer support immediately at hello@karuka.in with photographic evidence.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact customer support within 7 days of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items: To maintain the integrity and value of our artifacts, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
  • All Promotional Items: Promotional items are offered at significantly reduced prices due to various factors and are final sale.
  • Personalized or Customized Items: Items specifically created or altered to your specifications cannot be returned.
  • Artifacts with Signs of Use or Mishandling: Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be eligible for return.
  • Items Not in Original Condition: Returns must include all original packaging and components. Incomplete or altered items will not be accepted.
Return Process: If your return meets the above criteria, please contact our customer support team at hello@karuka.in with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for return. We will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.


Refunds (if applicable): Approved returns will be processed promptly. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15-20 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of incorrect or significantly damaged items sent by Karuka e-store. We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods.
